Our purpose is the reason why we are in business and why we do things the way we do. Our shared purpose, culture and values of being collaborative, respectful, progressive and real – enable us to conduct our business that is delivered to our stakeholders each day.
We deliver ‘inspiring experiences’ for our customers, employees, investors, partners and our suppliers. We do this by striving to find better solutions, encouraging ourselves and one another to go beyond the usual and trying to always do the best for both our society and our planet.
We ‘create places for good’ in our workplaces, our negotiations, our business interactions and in the physical spaces we create. We also strive to always deal fairly and ethically, while encouraging innovative thinking and creating opportunities for people to do great.
Our purpose challenges us to innovate and reinvent ourselves as we continue building a more resilient, future-ready business, which is helping to deliver a more sustainable, inclusive and healthier world for all.

Community is important to us and we see ourselves as a placemaker as much as a space-creator. The way our urban spaces are shaped and managed has a profound impact on communities as much as the physical environment. At Frasers Property, we are creating healthy, vibrant places for social connectedness and community resilience to grow organically. We strive to build communities that thrive as places to live, work and play, working in partnership with local communities and non-profit organisations.

To further our commitment towards responsible investment, we issued our Green Finance Framework in 2022 to facilitate the issuance of green bonds and green loans for the Group.
This framework guides our approach towards achieving our sustainability goal of financing the majority of our sustainable asset portfolios with green and sustainable financing by 2024. Proceeds from green finance help fund real estate projects that enable reductions in energy consumption, carbon emission, water consumption and waste generation.
We are one of the largest issuers of green financing among SGX-listed companies having secured to-date over S$9 billion of green or sustainability-linked loans and bonds, which accounts for about half of the Group’s net borrowings.
