How we are organised
Frasers Property has four Strategic Business Units comprising Singapore, Australia, Hospitality and Industrial & Logistics; as well as Thailand & Vietnam and Others. It is also a sponsor of two REITs and one stapled trust listed on the SGX-ST. Frasers Centrepoint Trust and Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust are focused on retail, and industrial and commercial properties respectively. Frasers Hospitality Trust (comprising Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust) is a stapled trust focused on hospitality properties. In addition, the Group has two REITs listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited is the sponsor of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT, which is focused on logistics and industrial properties in Thailand, and Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited is the sponsor of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, which is focused on commercial and hospitality properties.

Frasers Property Singapore
Frasers Property’s business in Singapore comprises Frasers Property Singapore (FPS), and one REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) – Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT).
FPS has expertise in the management and development of retail, commercial, residential as well as large-scale, mixed-use developments.
FPS is the leading suburban retail mall owner and operator in Singapore. It has 12 retail malls with ~288,000 sqm of NLA across Singapore, six office and business space properties with ~240,000 sqm of NLA across Singapore.
FPS is also a well-established residential property developer in Singapore, having developed over 22,000 quality homes.
Meanwhile, FCT is a retail-focused REIT which provides the platform for efficient capital recycling and is included in the Straits Times Index, Singapore’s benchmark index. It is currently the leading suburban retail mall owner.
Frasers Property Thailand
A leading integrated real estate platform in Thailand, with a balanced and diversified portfolio of about S$4.6 billion worth of assets, spanning across industrial & logistics, residential, commercial and hospitality. Frasers Property Thailand is among the five largest property developers in Thailand by asset size.

Frasers Property China
China has been an important market for Frasers Property since we built our first residential development – the 452-unit Jingan Four Seasons in Shanghai – in 2001.
Frasers Property’s business in China comprises Frasers Property China (FPC) which develops residential, commercial, logistics and business park properties. FPC has built 10,300 homes to date with three projects under development in Suzhou, Shanghai and Chengdu.
Frasers Property Vietnam
Frasers Property Vietnam (FPV) has built a powerful reputation in residential, commercial and industrial property sectors.
FPV’s robust residential platform was recognised with Q2 Thao Dien, a mixed-use development in the most bustling community Thao Dien of Ho Chi Minh City, comprising a hi-rise residential apartments, landed units and shoplots.
FPV's signature commercial developments include Melinh Point, the first operational building in Vietnam to achieve the Green Mark Platinum certification from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority. If Melinh Point is located at the CBD of Ho Chi Minh City, Worc@Q2 is a modern-styled serviced-office tower within Q2 Thao Dien, poised to capitalise on the trends for office decentralisation of Ho Chi Minh City.
FPV’s diverse capabilities in industrial & logistic are brought together in the Binh Duong Industrial Park (BDIP), a modern, dynamic and sustainable industrial park located in Binh Duong province, one of the key southern economic hubs of Vietnam. BDIP's Ready-Built-Factories and Built-to-Suit facilities are set to be LEED Green Building certification standards in line with Group-wide sustainability goals.

Frasers Property’s business in Australia comprises Frasers Property Australia (FPA) and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT).
FPA is one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups. Established in Australia in 1924, with almost a century’s experience. FPA has more than 650 staff nationally with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. Current activities cover the development of residential land, housing and apartments, commercial and retail properties, investment property ownership and management, and property management.
FPA has over 139,200 homes delivered since 1924, with ~14,000 pipeline residential development units. National presence in all major markets across Australia with asset creation capability and presence across the entire value chain.

Frasers Property United Kingdom
Frasers Property’s business in the UK comprises Frasers Property UK (FPUK).
Over the years, FPUK has successfully developed over 1,100 homes. It continues its residential development activities and has a commercial property development in the pipeline. The Group has, in the last year, strengthened FPUK’s platform capabilities and built a substantial and well-diversified investment portfolio of business parks valued at $1.7 billion.
Frasers Property Industrial
Frasers Property Industrial owns and manages industrial and logistics properties in Australia, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, and its portfolio includes logistics facilities, warehouses and production facilities in strategic locations.
Frasers Property Industrial provides property management services to Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, a REIT sponsored by the Group and managed by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd. Our S$13 billion assets under management includes industrial properties in Thailand and Vietnam.
