A notable example of our sustainable design efforts is The Grand Riverfront Ratchapruk–Rama 5, the first residential project in Southeast Asia to achieve LEED v4.1 Residential Single Family Homes Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

The project has also received TREES-Home Gold certification, alongside GUTE Sukhumvit 76, reflecting our commitment to internationally recognised sustainability standards.
