Internship Programme
We have an extensive programme to offer valuable on-the-job experience for interns interested in real estate with a business spanning residential, retail, commercial, logistics & industrial, and hospitality.
Interns at Frasers Property are able to gain invaluable insights and build the necessary corporate experience, skills and relationships to help launch their careers.
Our 24-month Management Associate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of high performing fresh graduates by providing the needed exposure through focused and structured rotations that aims to enable the individual in his or her chosen career track. From the experience gained, network and leadership exposure, Management Associates will be prepared for future leadership roles across the organization.
The 4 programme tracks; Investment & Asset Management, Investor Relations, Leasing Management and Finance are designed to provide the necessary experience through rotations across the relevant functional areas.
Being on a fast track of learning and performing, Management Associates will be both developed and stretched to be proficient operators in their chosen track, being agile in delivery, understanding and meeting enterprise goals and building the needed functional capabilities. In return, Management Associates benefit from clear learning pathways that are enabled by a support network of managers, mentors, buddies and programme partners.
