Baldivis Central was among the pioneering and iconic residential land developments in the rapidly growing area of Baldivis.

Baldivis Central was among the pioneering and iconic large-scale residential land developments in the southern corridor suburb of Baldivis in the early 2000s.

Frasers Property Australia (under its then Australand entity) sought the vision of creating the great Australian dream of owning one’s own home, in a peaceful area surrounded by parklands, wetlands and growing amenities, within easy reach of the Rockingham coastline.

Over the life of the project Baldivis Central offered a range of land lot options providing large traditional lots with plenty of room for growing families, easy care cottage lots with rear lane access ideal for the lock-up and leave lifestyle, right through to completed turn-key homes which took the hassle out of choosing home designs and finishes. Over the course of nearly a decade this saw the delivery of over 900 land lots and 32 ready-built homes.

Baldivis Central was designed to give residents plenty of open space with landscaped parks, barbecue facilities and children’s playground equipment, footpaths, a full-size tennis court and traditional bushland with walk trails, all of which are still enjoyed by local residents to this day.
