The Waterfront, Town Centre (stage 1) offers a vibrant village atmosphere with a full-line Woolworths supermarket and BWS, services, fresh food and cafes.The gross lettable area of the retail precinct is anticipated to total 4,517 sqm and will likely include a 3,800 sqm Woolworths supermarket and 683 sqm of specialty retail floor space.
