Located on a 15.7 hectare site, ECQ is intended to be delivered in two stages. Stage one will be anchored by a 3,800 sqm full-line Woolworths supermarket plus 43 additional retail stores, including an Australian-first ‘revolving retail’ concept, part of a new dining and entertainment precinct called ECQ Social. The second stage will deliver approximately 11,600 sqm of retail space with 20 to 25 tenancies, ranging from 250 sqm to 2,500 sqm, as well as 350 on grade parking spaces.ECQ will serve a large and growing catchment. It is within a 15-minute drive for 330,000 people and a 30-minute drive for 1.2 million people. The centre’s design responds to its location adjacent to Western Sydney Parklands by integrating facilities and amenities like community gardens and public BBQs that connect people with the natural bushland.
