Panote assumed the role of Group CEO in 2016. He is responsible for the Group’s growth by building its foundation for resilience for the long term, strengthening its business platforms and delivering sustainable returns for the business. Under his leadership, Frasers Property has significantly grown its multi-national footprint across Asia Pacific and Europe, with total assets increasing from $24.2 billion as at 30 September 2016 to $40.3 billion as at 30 September 2021.
As a purpose-led company, Panote has placed sustainability at the core of its business guided by ‘Inspiring experiences, creating places for good’. This spurs the Group to pursue innovation and build upon its knowledge and capabilities across its markets to deliver lasting value in its multiple asset classes. Panote serves on the Board of Directors for Frasers Property Limited since 8 March 2013.
He is directly overseeing the Group’s hospitality business from investment and business development to expanding its chain of serviced residences and hotels worldwide.
In addition, he is leading the development of One Bangkok, a joint venture between Frasers Property and TCC Assets Co. Ltd., with a total investment value of about US$3.5 billion. This 16.7-hectare development in central Bangkok is Thailand’s largest ever private sector property development and will be a new global landmark destination as well as the country’s first fully integrated district in the heart of the city.
Panote previously held the position of Senior Executive Vice President for Strategic Planning at TCC Holding Company, where he led TCC Group’s real estate development business in Thailand. He also oversaw the strategy for TCC Group’s international property investment.
Panote is a board member of several listed companies, including Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited and Univentures Public Company Limited. Earlier this year, he was appointed as a board director of National Gallery Singapore. He is also on the Board of Trustees for Singapore Management University (SMU).
Panote received a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK; a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and a Certificate in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Massachusetts University, USA.

Choo Leong has Group responsibility for the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Taxation, Risk Management and Investor Relations functions. As Group Chief Financial Officer, he collaborates with the senior management team on the Group’s strategic initiatives and leads organisational efforts to drive effective capital management.
Prior to joining Frasers Property Limited in March 2017, Choo Leong held senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Radiance, and was Group Head of Global Shared Services and Head of Regional Finance Office with the Sime Darby Group.
He is a graduate with a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Singapore Institute of Directors and Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Responsible for Frasers Property’s investment and capital markets transactions, Uten oversees the Group’s asset portfolio, devises strategies for acquisitions and divestments and works closely with investment partners. Part of the senior management team, Uten also leads the Group’s investment in PropTech companies and co-leads the Group innovation governing committee. In addition, he provides leadership for the Indochina markets, namely Thailand and Vietnam.
Prior to joining the Group on 1 October 2013, Uten held various positions as Managing Director of Strategic Advisory and Senior Vice President of Corporate & Investment Banking Group at DBS Bank as well as Director of Investment Banking Division at United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company.

Manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT)
Robert works closely with the board of directors and management team to drive FLCT’s business and investment strategies, and provides strategic leadership for day-to-day business management, ensuring that the REIT’s business plans are executed accurately and effectively.
Prior to joining the REIT Manager in 2016, he led the Investment Property Division of Frasers Property Australia as Executive General Manager from August 2007, and was involved in other facets of Frasers Property Australia’s business, including group strategy, funds management, acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio management, divisional reporting and capital sourcing. He has also held roles with MAB Funds Management Limited, Jones Lang LaSalle and Charter Keck Cramer.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA (formerly known as Securities Institute of Australia). He is also a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute.

Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT)
Richard works alongside the board to establish the overall business direction and strategies of FCT. He provides strategic oversight of FCT’s day-to-day operations and leads the FCAM management team in executing the strategies and initiatives that cover finance, investment, asset management and investor relations.
Richard has nearly 30 years of experience in the Singapore and regional real estate markets, spanning the areas of investment, asset and REIT management. Prior to joining Frasers Property, he was Executive Director, Asset Management, at PGIM (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., where he led the asset management team and oversaw a portfolio of assets comprising retail and commercial properties in Singapore and Malaysia. Richard also held senior management appointments during his 14 years at the CapitaLand Group, including 10 years at Capitaland Mall Trust ("CMT") where he was part of the team that launched the initial public offering of CMT in 2002. At CMT, Richard was the Head of Asset Management responsible for the overall performance of CMT’s assets.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Estate Management and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate, both from the National University of Singapore.

Managers of Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT)
Chin Fen is responsible for FHT’s overall business, investment and operational strategies.
Prior to her current appointment, Chin Fen was Chief Investment Officer of Frasers Hospitality International Pte. Ltd. from July 2019 to April 2021. In this role, she assisted the CEO of the hospitality strategic business unit of Frasers Property Limited in developing and implementing the business and investment strategies of the hospitality business, in line with the broad directions of the Frasers Property Group.
Chin Fen joined the Frasers Property Group in 2011. She was previously CEO of the Managers when FHT was listed in July 2014 and relinquished this role in June 2019.
Before joining the Frasers Property Group, Ms Eu was Senior Vice President of the Asset-Backed Securitisation team at DBS Bank Ltd., responsible for the origination and listings of real estate investment trusts and business trusts in Singapore. She was involved in various IPOs and secondary fundraising projects, including the IPOs of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, Pacific Shipping Trust, Perennial China Retail Trust and Mapletree Industrial Trust, the re-capitalisation of Frasers Commercial Trust via a rights issue and issuance of convertible perpetual preferred units, as well as the secondary fundraising for CapitaLand Mall Trust, Mapletree Logistics Trust and CDL Hospitality Trusts, among others.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, Chin Fen holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Financial Analysis from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand)
As Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited, or “FPIT”, Sopon Racharaksa is responsible for growing and maintaining the company’s strong position as Thailand’s leader in the development of industrial properties. The portfolio under his responsibility is approximately THB 65 billion or about 3 million square meters of NLA across Thailand in standard factory and modern warehouse buildings. In addition, FPIT has now become an expertise in the Built-to-Suit development that focuses on delivering solutions to meet specific requirements of each customer.
Sopon Racharaksa is a veteran in business and organizational management. He combines this strong management background with his business acumen and multi-industry insights as he drives organizational progress through strategic planning, business development, project management, business process improvement and change management. Sopon previously spent more than 19 years in T.C.C. Group, where he has taken positions in a diverse range of businesses, including investment holding, property development, hotel management, property funds, MICE, and responsibilities in long-term investment planning of large-scale development projects. He then joined TICON Group, today known as Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited in early 2017.
Due to his multidisciplinary competencies, Sopon consistently serves as a member of working committees and boards by invitation of leading organizations both private and government.
Sopon earned his bachelor’s degree with second-class honor from the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University. With a scholarship from the Thai government, he obtained a master’s degree in economics from Michigan State University, U.S.A. He was later granted another scholarship from Japan’s Young Leader Program to complete another master’s degree in Public Administration at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan.

Supparat is Chief Technology and Digital Officer of Frasers Property Thailand. He is accountable for the Company's Digital Businesses and Innovation Strategy. At the same time, Supparat holds responsibility for the data centre operations and growth of STT GDC in Thailand, a joint venture between Frasers Property Thailand and ST Telemedia Global Data Centre, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. Supparat brings strong expertise in technology and business transformation to lead business and support the Thailand 4.0 vision.
Supparat has over 20 years of experience in the data centre and technology sectors, where he most recently served as a Chairman for BBIX (Thailand), a subsidiary of SoftBank Group, and Chief Executive Officer for True Internet Data Center, where he was instrumental in driving the revenue growth of the businesses in Thailand and Myanmar, and had also held positions of Chief Product and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years with Thomson Reuters, holding numerous leading positions.
Supparat holds a Bachelor of Computer Science, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University.
