Frasers Property Australia and The Department of Communities will release 14 land lots and 13 turn-key house and land packages at East Green, with flexibility and affordability expected to attract strong buyer demand.
It’s a great opportunity for people to secure their future at East Green, which will transform vacant land in Greenwood into a vibrant new community ideally located just 17km from Perth’s CBD.
Named The Field Release, the initial sales launch includes 13 two-storey turn-key 2, 3 and 4 bedroom house and land packages priced from $375,000 to $527,000. “Eligible first home buyers can access even further savings through WA’s First Home Owner Grant and first home buyer duty concessions3. This means first home buyers who qualify for all four grants and concessions could access up to $69,440 in Government assistance to help build their dream home.

The masterplan for the 3.86 hectare site allows flexibility in land and building options and ensures greater choice for those looking to call East Green home.
Buyers can purchase land and build their own dream home, or choose from a selection of pre-designed two-storey homes with two, three and four-bedroom configurations. The turn-key house and land package homes are designed by New Level Homes. Most have picturesque views and access to the recently completed East Green landscaped parkland and playground.
When complete, East Green will accommodate between 80 and 100 new homes, all within a naturally picturesque location.
