FPA is one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups with an end-to-end development platform encompassing all elements of the development cycle including strategic land banking; deal sourcing; design; procurement; development and construction of the asset; leasing; and property and asset management. FPA’s industrial business has developed over A$3.5 billion of assets since 2001 and holds a market leadership position in the development of industrial assets in Australia.
Frasers Property Europe (“FPE”)
FPE is focused on long-term leased, modern logistics assets and mission-critical light industrial facilities in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. With local offices in Amsterdam, Cologne and Munich it operates with local teams and delivers dedicated asset management services. In addition to owning a portfolio underpinned by strong tenants in key industries, FPE develops modern logistics space in its key markets.
