FCOT invests primarily in quality income-producing commercial office properties. Its current portfolio comprises six quality office buildings and business space buildings located in Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom. As at 31 December 2018, the portfolio represents a combined appraised value of approximately S$2.1 billion.
FCOT was listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange on 30 March 2006 and is managed by Frasers Commercial Asset Management Ltd (The Manager), which is a subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited.
The Manager continuously focuses on creating and delivering long-term value for Unitholders, tenants, employees and the community through proactive asset management, prudent capital and risk management approach and yield accretive acquisitions.
