Tan Wee Hsien

As Chief Executive Officer, Wee Hsien oversees the strategic direction, investments, operations and development management of Frasers Property’s retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use portfolio in Singapore.

Wee Hsien brings three decades of experience in real estate across Asia Pacific, with deep expertise spanning multiple asset classes.

Previously, Wee Hsien was with CapitaLand Development where he was Chief Executive Officer for Vietnam & International. Before that, he was CEO of New Business and Strategic Planning, overseeing new markets, corporate planning, investment strategy and key sustainability strategies and initiatives.

Prior to that, Wee Hsien served as CEO of MCL Land, and Director and Head of Development Property, South Asia at Hongkong Land. He joined Hongkong Land in 2007 and expanded its residential and development property business in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Property at Great Eastern Life Assurance, overseeing pan-Asia real estate investments. He also held roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and Ascendas.

Wee Hsien is a member of the Integrated Development Council at the Urban Land Institute in Singapore. He also sits on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

*Effective 1 October 2026, Tan Wee Hsien succeeded Soon Su Lin as Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Singapore. Soon Su Lin continues to serve on the Board of Frasers Centrepoint Trust.
