Frasers Property UK has secured Howden Insurance, taking 5,027 sq. ft. at Farnborough Business Park, Hampshire.

Howden UK&I, part of global insurance intermediary group Howden, will be relocating its teams specialising in insurance for classic motors, businesses, high-value homes, and private client assets from Westmead House in Farnborough.

The company is one of the largest specialist insurance distribution groups in the UK. Its unique high street branch and office network continues to grow, supporting communities in over 200 locations across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Howden provides local service to local clients, and offers insurance and mortgage advice to individuals, commercial insurance cover for SMEs, and Specialty and Employee Benefit solutions for corporate and multinational clients.

Farnborough Business Park forms part of the asset portfolio of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, and is a high-quality business park located in Farnborough, Blackwater Valley. Spanning 46.5 hectares, the business park comprises 14 commercial buildings, including nine office buildings, two car showrooms, a mixed-use office and industrial building and two cafes.

This new deal builds on recent success at Farnborough Business Park with global insurer Zurich which took up residence in May with 6,000 sq. ft. of office space on the top floor of 110 Pinehurst Square.
