Frasers Property UK has retained a leading technology business for a renewed 10-year lease at Lakeshore, Bedfont Lakes Business Park near Heathrow, West London.

The technology business has extended its lease for another 10 years across Lakeshore, reaffirming the park’s role as its strategic UK headquarters since 2000.

As part of this renewed commitment, Frasers Property UK and the occupier will co-invest in significant building and landscaping upgrades at Lakeshore. This will enhance infrastructure, improve energy efficiency and elevate the overall occupier experience, creating a future-ready, sustainable workplace that reinforces Lakeshore’s position as a strategic, innovation-led business hub.
