Frasers Property UK has secured Dexcom for a long-term lease at Maxis Business Park, Bracknell.

Dexcom, a leading medical technology company specialising in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, will be relocating to Maxis 2 to support its expanding office staff and sales and marketing teams.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in San Diego, California, Dexcom is a leader in diabetes care technology, pioneering CGM solutions that empower individuals to manage their health with confidence. Operating around the globe, Dexcom develops cutting-edge, research-backed solutions that simplify diabetes management by eliminating routine fingersticks and providing real-time glucose insights, making diabetes care more effective and accessible for millions worldwide.

This latest deal brings Maxis Business Park to approximately 91% occupancy, leaving just 15,000 sq. ft. of office space available following lettings by Evelyn Partners for 24,000 sq. ft. of fitted office space and a pharmaceutical firm for an additional 10,000 sq. ft. Together with the latest letting to Dexcom, these transactions mark the largest office deals in Bracknell over the past 18 months, all secured at Maxis Business Park.
