Riverside Quarter

The final phase of building at Riverside Quarter on the banks of the Thames and Wandle Rivers, is finished. “Nine Eastfields” completes the 10 acre scheme and the opening of the Riverwalk allows pedestrians and cyclists a peaceful route along the Thames towards Old Wandsworth.

The ten buildings across the site contain 554 private apartments with a mix of winter gardens, balconies, and terraces providing the all important outside space. The buildings are surrounded by manicured gardens and views across the Thames to Hurlingham.

The Wandsworth Riverside Quarter Pier has been extended into the tidal flow to support the commuter services provided by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, fully integrated into the Transport for London system.

Nine Eastfields incorporates further private leisure facilities with a lap pool and gym, to complement the family pool and gym in Coptain House. There are also ground floor commercial units, the first of which contains the new Sales Gallery on the Riverwalk.
