Riverside Quarter, Phases 1 & 2

The first four residential buildings on the banks of the Thames rising to nine storeys comprising 204 private residential apartments together with the residents leisure centre of pool and gym. The ground floor commercial element comprises Italian restaurant Marco Polo with its’ terrace overlooking the Thames and Frenchmans’ Square , convenience store, Hudsons, and architectural, planning and interior design offices. The Riverside Quarter Pier and Marina was also created providing 16 residential moorings, now all occupied.


Charlesworth House

Charlesworth House in Stanhope Gardens was a new build project of 64 private apartments behind a Grade II listed exterior. It recreated the stuccoed terrace of grand houses overlooking the garden square with 24 hour porterage, and three levels of underground parking beneath.


Islington on the Green

Already a landmark by the Green, comprising the 70 apartments now all sold. The commercial spaces onto the Green and the glass covered atrium behind, are soon to be occupied in conjunction with the Theatre Trust’s operation for the “theatre in the round” sunk 30 metres below ground level.


Vincent Square

49 private apartments built behind classic red brick architecture and sold off plan. The majority of the apartments overlook the timeless playing fields of Westminster School on the square with all the benefits of a central London location.


Vauxhall Sky Gardens

Sky Gardens Nine Elms SW8. A collection of brand new apartments in one of London's best connected and emerging riverside neighbourhoods. Marketed by Strawberry Star.
