Northpoint City and Yishun 10 are located next to each other with Northpoint City enjoying direct connectivity to Yishun MRT and Yishun bus interchange.

Northpoint City is the largest mall in the North Region and one of the top 10 largest suburban retail malls in Singapore. Key tenants include Harvey Norman, FairPrice, Kopitiam, Don Don Donki and Popular Bookstore.

Yishun 10 comprises 10 strata-titled retail units on the first floor, a 1,477-seat Golden Village cinema multiplex across 10 cinema halls located on the second and fourth floors and a basement carpark. Its key tenants include Sri Murugan Supermarket and Redman by Phoon Huat.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust owns Northpoint City and the ground floor retail units of Yishun 10, while the remaining portion of Yishun 10 is owned by Frasers Property Singapore.
