Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) was listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange on 5 July 2006. FCT invests primarily in quality income-producing retail properties.
Its retail portfolio expanded from three suburban malls at the time of public listing to the present nine suburban malls in Singapore, with assets under management of approximately S$8.3 billion. FCT is managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited.
