Completed in 2025, Sky Eden@Bedok (pictured) represents Frasers Property Singapore's GRESB regional sector leadership. Designed to BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS standards, the development targets at least 25% energy savings for residents, and integrates biophilic sky gardens to naturally lower building temperatures and enhance resident well-being.
Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), has been recognised in the 2026 GRESB Real Estate Assessment for its sustainability performance, attaining 16 global and regional sector leadership1 positions across six business entities.
The sector leaderships secured by its business entities mark the Group’s best achievement to date, up from 15 sector leaderships in 2025. The results underscore the Group’s continued sustainability performance and deepening integration of ESG considerations across its diversified portfolio.
Frasers Property Industrial Australia, Frasers Property Vietnam and Frasers Property China achieved perfect scores of 100 on the Development benchmark, while more than 80% of the Group’s business entities scored above the global average. Nine of its business entities across Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Europe, China and Vietnam also earned the highest attainable 5-star ratings across the Standing Investments and Development benchmarks, placing them in the top 20% of GRESB-rated entities.
Ms Wanshi Zheng, Group Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, Frasers Property, said, “Amid evolving global conditions, integrating ESG considerations into our business decisions remains how the Group protects and enhances value over the long term. Frasers Property’s strong GRESB performance reflects consistent efforts across geographies and asset classes
to improve portfolio performance, strengthen asset resilience and deliver better outcomes
for our stakeholders."
NOTE: Entities in the top 20% of their category receive a 5-star rating, followed by the next 20% with a 4-star rating and so on. Refer to the ANNEX for the breakdown of ratings and scores by all participating Frasers Property business entities.
Frasers Property continues to make progress on its sustainability journey. Key initiatives in FY26 included the expansion of renewable energy capacity and implementation of energy efficiency measures across the Group’s portfolio.
In Singapore, Frasers Property advanced the environmental performance of its retail and commercial portfolio through targeted HVAC3 upgrades and smart building technologies.
Across key assets including Alexandra Point, Frasers Tower, Causeway Point, Tampines 1, Waterway Point and Tiong Bahru Plaza, equipment upgrades, nanotechnology additives and machine learning algorithms have been implemented to optimise chiller plant efficiency. These initiatives demonstrate how Frasers Property is using technology to make existing buildings more energy efficient and reduce its portfolio's operational energy intensity. New developments are also designed to achieve a minimum BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS rating through the integration of biophilic design, energy-efficient systems and embodied carbon reduction measures,
as exemplified by its residential project Sky Eden@Bedok which achieved a 19% reduction in carbon intensity.
In China, Frasers Property advanced decarbonisation and climate resilience across its development pipeline, deploying over 2,260 kW of rooftop solar photovoltaic capacity with a further 1,141 kW planned. All residential development projects including Opus One and Upview Hongqiao incorporate sponge city design principles to enhance flood resilience and water circularity, with upcoming projects including SH178 and Chengdu Plot 4A designed to meet CGBL4 2-Star green building standards.
Frasers Property’s Vietnam business expanded green-certified spaces across its industrial and commercial footprint during the year, achieving LEED Platinum for Worc@Q2, LEED Gold for BDIP Premium Industrial Park Phase 1, and EDGE Advanced certification for four Northern Industrial Service Centres. Deployment of 1 MWp of rooftop solar and rainwater harvesting at
BDIP Phase 1 is projected to cut energy use by 45% and water consumption by up to 69%, while on-site solar across the Northern Industrial Service Centres unlocks full operational energy self-sufficiency.
As a trusted benchmark for sustainable real estate investing, GRESB continues to serve as a key indicator of Frasers Property’s sustainability standing relative to industry peers. The Group incorporates GRESB performance into selected sustainable financing arrangements, reinforcing the connection between portfolio sustainability performance and financing outcomes.
Frasers Property’s journey with GRESB benchmarking started in 2012. 2026 marks the sixth consecutive year that all listed and non-listed business units across the Group — including its five REITs5 — have participated in GRESB’s targeted sector assessments. This consistent engagement has enabled Frasers Property to steadily strengthen its performance year after year, across its diverse geographies and asset classes.
