Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), today announced that Uten Lohachitpitaks, Group Chief Investment Officer at Frasers Property Limited, is stepping down and will be leaving Frasers Property to pursue new interests from 1 January 2022.
Uten joined Frasers Property in 2013 and since then, he has been responsible for Frasers Property’s investment and capital markets transactions, and acquisition growth strategies. As part of the senior management team, Uten has played an instrumental role in driving Frasers Property’s strategic growth and PropTech investments.
“Uten was one of the first key executives I worked with when I joined Frasers Property. He has played a key part in the company’s growth since we relisted in 2014. The Board and I support his decision and are grateful to Uten for the dedication, passion and his meaningful contributions at Frasers Property. Upon Uten’s departure, Loo Choo Leong, Group Chief Financial Officer, will be assisting GCEO in a transition plan.
