MELBOURNE, 30 APRIL 2021
Frasers Property Australia has announced Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten as the local childcare operator in the new Mambourin community in Melbourne’s western growth corridor.
The announcement follows Frasers Property’s sale of the 3,400 sqm site earmarked for childcare use on Black Forest Road to Oreana Property Group.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten provides high quality education and care, delivered by professional and passionate educators. With eight welcoming centres across Melbourne, Aspire supports children through the different transitions in their educational journey, from nurseries through to 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten.
At Mambourin, long day care services will be available as well as kindergarten programs to suit all families within the community.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten at Mambourin will cater for 142 children and is scheduled to open mid-2023 in the future Town Centre.
“The integration of a quality, convenient childcare service in the new Town Centre will provide added convenience for Mambourin residents and the local community,” says Sarah Bloom, General Manager Development Victoria, Frasers Property Australia.
“It is an essential piece of the social infrastructure locals will need and we’re pleased to welcome an experienced operator in Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten on board,” says Ms Bloom.
At Mambourin, Frasers Property is working closely with Wyndham City Council to deliver a town centre integrating residential, retail, commercial, community and open space uses in a sustainable design. The design emphasises the connection of civic and community spaces with a future train station and 1,200 homes within the immediate residential precinct.
The Mambourin Discovery Centre, located on the corner of Barrabool Boulevard and Resin Street in Wyndham Vale, is open 7 days from 11am – 5pm. Phone Frasers Property on 13 38 38 or visit www.mambourin.com.au for more information.
