As the industry leader thriving its sustainable growth over ‘One Platform’, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”, the first company with a fully integrated real estate platform in Thailand, achieved ESG compliance which is the growing trend for responsible investment globally. In 2020, the Company received the Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) award 2020 and rated 5-star (Excellence) on CG scoring. FPT also earned an “A” rating for public disclosure, and Green Star recognition for development investments in its first year of submission to Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).
Commenting on the achievement, the Country Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Thailand, Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, said: “This year we marked another success on the sustainability journey by being included in the global and national sustainability benchmarks. This has proven our commitment to operate the business in a responsible way. As sustainability is a fundamental part of our business strategy, we will continue to drive our growth while delivering a strong performance in the Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects.”

By virtue of excellent performance in corporate governance and social responsibility, Frasers Property Thailand was included in the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s list of Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) for the year 2020. Furthermore, among 692 companies listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Frasers Property Thailand was rated 5-Star (Excellence) on CG Scoring from the survey on corporate governance of Thai-listed companies by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) and the SET.
At a global level this year, Frasers Property Thailand participated in GRESB, which is one of the world’s leading benchmarks measuring the sustainability performance of property companies and real estate funds. At the first time of its submission to GRESB, the Company received an “A” rating for public disclosure, and Green Star recognition for development investments. The Green Star designation awarded to participants which demonstrates an integrated approach on ESG issues.”
