On 1 February 2021, Frasers Property Industrial will move its European Head Office to Zuidas, the business district in the south of Amsterdam, to accommodate the company’s expansion plans.
Frasers Property Industrial in Europe has focus markets in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria and aims to grow its portfolio in these markets. As a mulit-national owner, developer and manager of industrial property, Frasers Property Industrial’s portfolio holds 56 properties in continental Europe. The company strives to strengthen its position as one of the leading global industrial space providers through strategic acquisitions and the development of its own assets.

The new Frasers Property Industrial Amsterdam head office is located in the 1000 Mahler building, which BREEAM has certified as “Excellent” in terms of sustainability.
