TUESDAY, 15 DECEMBER 2020

Frasers Property Australia has announced the sell out success of its latest residential release at Burwood Brickworks, in under two weeks totalling over $40 million of sales.

The limited release Park Crescent Homes consisted of four and five bedroom homes ranging in size from 194 sqm – 269 sqm and were priced from $1,180,000.

Sarah Bloom, General Manager Development Victoria for Frasers Property Australia said there is a sense of urgency amongst buyers who want to own their own piece of Burwood Brickworks.

“Our buyers have recognised the value of a considered masterplanned community that has all the amenity they need on their doorstep, while also being located in the highly desirable suburb of Burwood East with access to excellent education, retail, road and transport services.”

“With only one release of homes and one apartment residential release remaining demand has soared with the number of prospective buyers who have registered their interest exceeding our expectations.”

“We are optimistic about the next release called The Terrace Collection and urge interested buyers to get in quick,” Ms Bloom said.

Ms Bloom says while 2020 has been disruptive, the Park Crescent sell out result is a testament to the endurance of carefully planned homes and communities with sustainability measures that benefit both the end user and environment.

“Park Crescent Homes have been developed with comfort and sustainability in mind with a strong commitment to energy saving making them 36% cheaper to run than a standard property, saving over $500 a year on average1.”

“The majority of Park Crescent Homes buyers were young local families who see the value in sustainability measures for future generations and the savings for their hip pocket,” Ms Bloom said.

Features which reduce the environmental footprint of Park Crescent Homes include its smart design which orients all homes to allow for natural light, maximising sunlight and warmth in winter, and structural shading to keep interiors cool in summer; photovoltaic panels installed on roofs for significant energy saving; solar hot water systems providing 50-90% of hot water requirements; energy efficient appliances and lighting and water saving features such as shower heads with three-star WELS rating saving up to 70,000 litres per year.

The Rothelowman designed Terrace Collection will launch in early 2021 and contain one and two bedroom apartments, with the final release of coveted townhomes to follow on later in the year.

Display Suite appointments are available from 12pm to 5pm, seven days a week at 78 Middleborough Road, Burwood East with strict hygiene and social distancing measures in place.

Interested buyers can register their interest at burwoodbrickworks.com.au or book an appointment or online phone consultation by calling Frasers Property on 13 38 38.
