SYDNEY, 9 OCTOBER 2019

Frasers Property Australia has released 18 of their next generation homes overlooking the extensive new Riparian Way at its Fairwater community in Blacktown.

Priced between $675,000 and $1.12 million, the new homes within the Green Collection are in a prime location within the award-winning community which more than 1,300 people now call home.

Featuring 800 trees and more than 300,000 native plants, the new Riparian Way will provide an extensive natural habitat for flora and fauna, complementing Fairwater’s lush green spaces, water features and surroundings.

The Riparian Way, with its contoured creek environment, will provide a peaceful setting for residents of the Green Collection homes. It currently extends from Richmond Road to the site of the new Crudge Bridge, which is expected to be complete in 2020, meaning residents will enjoy easy walking access to both Marayong and Blacktown train stations.

It will eventually extend to Davies Road and incorporate an extension to the existing bike track around Fairwater, connecting it to Blacktown’s cycleway network, meaning easy access for the whole community to Fairwater’s open spaces, new central park, the learn-to-ride bike track and picnic areas around the lake.

Dino Carulli, Sales & Marketing Director – Residential NSW, Frasers Property Australia says the homes in the Green Collection will have a wonderful natural outlook, a prominent feature of the Fairwater masterplan.

The masterplanned community is being developed by Frasers Property on the site of the former Ashlar Golf Course less than one kilometre from the Blacktown CBD.

“The former golf course was dotted with giant gum trees in excellent health and condition and we wanted to ensure they could be retained for the enjoyment of both future residents and the wider community,” he says.

“That provided a connection with nature right at the start and from there we delivered the lake, the entry park and a café adjoining the sales centre, so the first residents could enjoy these amenities from day one.

The next generation homes include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes featuring a variety of designs and floorplans to suit buyers at every stage of life.

It includes two detached homes, four terraces and 12 townhomes. The largest home in the new release is a detached Torrens Title home with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two car spaces, priced at $1.12 million.

Downstairs is a living room, dining room, media room, kitchen, laundry, powder room, movie/retreat room, two car garage, entry way, porch and garden. Upstairs is the main bedroom suite with walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom, three more spacious bedrooms, a full-sized bathroom and separate toilet.

There are two, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhomes in the release priced at $675,000. Downstairs in these residences is a living room, powder room and eat-in kitchen area which leads to an oversized alfresco dining space. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite, and a second bedroom and bathroom.

The other homes available in the new release offer a choice of different features and floorplans at different price points. There are four display homes for people to experience the design, feel and value for money on offer at Fairwater.

Fairwater has been recognised for its excellent green credentials with a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. Geothermal heating and cooling to all homes has the potential to lower the cost of air conditioning and energy bills for residents, while each Fairwater home features LED lighting and rainwater tanks for the laundry and toilets.

The Fairwater Display Village and Sales Centre is open 11am to 4pm, seven days a week. Visit www.fairwaterliving.com.au or call 13 38 38 for more information.
