Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPIT”), Thailand’s leading industrial property developer and wholly owned subsidiary of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“FPT”), announced that it has entered into a lease agreement with Flash Fulfillment Company Limited (“Flash”), first Thai e-commerce start-up unicorn and leading integrated e-commerce service provider to expand the distribution center of its fulfillment business. The fulfillment distribution center, occupying a land area of approximately 16 rai, comprising a building of 15,350 sqm, is strategically located at Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bangplee2). This newly completed development of ambient warehouse is designed to support the e-Commerce Fulfillment Business as it has a floor loading of 3.5 tons per sqm. and 12 meters clear height and cross-docking facility to maximize usable space for customers.
The distribution center is also equipped with other types of loading dock e.g., a small loading truck with ramp, heavy loading truck, and an overhead sectional dock door that will increase efficiency. With this new fulfillment distribution center, our tenant aims to operate 365-day, delivering massive parcel volumes each day.
