The Rowe will become Avon's sole London office, bringing together its London-based associates from across a range of functions in a fitted workspace. The location was selected for its excellent connectivity, central London location and high-quality workplace environment. The Rowe will serve as a collaborative hub designed to bring Avon’s teams together and foster stronger connections.

This deal marks further letting progress at The Rowe, including the signing of US-based digital media and internet company Ziff Davis, which has also chosen the building as its London base.
