Molly oversees the operations andbusiness processes of 9 retail mallsaggregating over 2 million squarefeet of net lettable area withinthe Frasers Property Singaporeretail business. She has 28 yearsof experience in retail propertymanagement and commercialleasing. Prior to the currentappointment, Molly was SeniorCentre manager at Causeway Pointfor 18 years. She led the pioneercentre management team at themall and established the foundationfor the administrative and standardoperational procedures. She wasresponsible for the operations andmanagement of the mall, includingtenancy and leasing management,customer service, as well as theimplementation of retail policiesand strategic retail initiatives ofFrasers Property Group. She wasinstrumental in the transformationalasset enhancement initiative (AEI)works at Causeway Point which wascompleted in 2012.

Molly holds a Bachelor of SocialSciences (Honours) degree majoringin Economics from the NationalUniversity of Singapore. She alsoholds a Graduate Diploma in BusinessAdministration from the SingaporeInstitute of Management.
