Upview Hongqiao

Upview Hongqiao (虹桥峯汇) is a joint venture project between Frasers Property Limited, Gemdale Corporation, China Railway Construction.

Located in the Dahongqiao area of Qingpu District, Shanghai, the project enjoys an excellent location with mature surrounding amenities and is just a stone's throw from the metro station. This residential development comprises high-rise apartments, affordable housing, and supporting community facilities

In October 2022, the project received a 5-Star certification from BREEAM, the UK-based green building rating agency, making it the first residential project in Shanghai to achieve this prestigious honor. The project complies with ultra-low energy building design requirements. In addition to using sustainable construction materials, it incorporates sustainable features throughout construction, including the use of higher-specification double-glazed insulated exterior windows to minimise heat transfer and thermal loss, thereby reducing energy consumption for cooling and heating.

The project was completed in 2025, and all residential units have been fully sold and successfully delivered.
