Chengdu Frasers Logistics Hub consists of offices and retail warehousing. Highly recognised by the market for its exceptional urban location, mature supporting amenities, and convenient direct access to the metro, the project also boasts strong market appeal through its modern architectural style and ecological garden theme.

The project was honored with the Chengdu Municipal Quality Engineering "Furong Cup" in 2015, the Chengdu Municipal Quality Engineering "Tianfu Cup" in 2018, and was designated as a Specialized (Featured) Building by the Chengdu Building Rating and Assessment Committee in 2019.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
