Briefing sessions of ATP’s transformation
Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) recently held briefing sessions on two separate occasions, one for leasing agents, and another for analysts from equity research houses and rating agencies, to showcase Alexandra Technopark’s (ATP) transformation to a business campus following a S$45 million asset enhancement. ATP is now refreshed with a contemporary look and equipped with a wider range of amenities and facilities. With more community-friendly spaces, ATP now embodies the ‘work and play’ concept with various lifestyle, fitness and wellness amenities coupled with community engagement activities. One of the new additions as part of ATP’s transformation is a 3-storey amenity hub housing a wide range of F&B concepts and a new food court. Some of the new amenities include futsal courts, end-of-trip facilities, nursing rooms, BBQ pits and cycling paths.
The briefing sessions included presentations on key highlights of ATP’s transformation and a marketing video depicting a person’s typical day at the business campus was shown. The attendees were treated to a guided tour of the new business campus thereafter. Overall, they were impressed by the enhanced amenities and refreshed environment, with renewed confidence of ATP’s competitive position.
