Upview Hongqiao

Upview Hongqiao (虹桥峯汇) is a joint venture project between Frasers Property Limited, Gemdale Corporation, China Railway Construction.

Located in Qingpu District, Grand Hongqiao Area, a stone's throw from the metro station and surrounded by mature commercial facilities. It is a residential development comprising apartments for sale, community amenities and social housing.

It is the first Shanghai residential project that was awarded with BREEAM 5-Star certification in October 2022. Designed with ultra-low energy requirements, incorporating sustainable features from the construction process in addition to the use of sustainable materials, including higher specification insulating window glass for the buildings’ exterior, to reduce heat conduction and thermal loss with the purpose of lowering energy consumption to cool/warm the buildings.

A total of 886 units were launched in two batches in Nov and Dec 2022 separately and have been fully sold.

The development is targeted to complete in FY25.
