Frasers Property UK is part of Frasers Property Limited, a Singapore-based multinational company that develops, owns and manages a diverse, integrated portfolio of properties. We are a long-term investor and manager of strategically located offices, business parks, hotels and residences, and we strive to provide outstanding service to all our customers.
The customers that work, live and stay in the properties we develop and manage are key stakeholders in the effectiveness of our management of health and safety, as are our employees, and the individuals and businesses that work with and support us.
Within this context, and to establish the framework for fulfilling our legal and other requirements, our health and safety policy is “to provide, across all the activities and properties we control, work tasks and working and living environments that are planned, assessed, managed and reviewed so as to prevent injury and ill health”.
Recognising that Board level involvement and leadership is essential to the achievement of our health and safety policy aims and a sound health and safety performance, we give the same priority to health and safety management as we do to our other business objectives.
To further support the achievement of our health and safety policy, we commit to:
We expect the achievement of our health and safety policy aims to be an objective that everyone working within our activities shares. We must all take reasonable care for our own health and safety and make sure that as we complete our tasks, we do not pose risks to the health and safety of others.
As Chief Executive Officer, I am proud to lead the ongoing development of our health and safety culture, and to have ultimate responsibility for our health and safety performance. Our Health and Safety Committee will support me in ensuring that our health and safety policy, and our health and safety management system, remain appropriate for our business and the activities we complete.
