Frasers Property Singapore was accorded the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Champion winner at the annual BCA Singapore Awards 2018.
First launched at the BCA Awards in 2008, this award recognises developers with strong commitment towards corporate social responsibility and outstanding achievements in environmental sustainability. It is given to developers who achieve a substantial number of Green Mark buildings at Gold level and higher.
Sustainable design is widely applied in all Frasers Property developments, and we are honoured to receive recognition for our efforts.

This year, Frasers Property Singapore was conferred the Green Mark Platinum for Causeway Point, Green Mark GoldPLUS for Northpoint City and Seaside Residences, and the BCA Universal Design Mark GoldPLUS Award for Waterway Point and Watertown.

The Universal Design (UD) Award recognises organisations and individuals for their special efforts in embracing UD features in their developments, over and beyond the mandatory requirements specified in the Code on Barrier-Free Accessibility.
Waterway Point features seamless connection allowing visitors to access the mall directly from Punggol MRT via the mall’s 24-hour Boardwalk. The boardwalk also leads directly into Punggol Waterway Point.
