Makan Master is part of Frasers Property Singapore’s Go-digital Programme and will be launched in partnership with DBS Bank. The Go-digital Programme is designed to improve customer convenience and support tenants of Frasers Property Singapore on their own digital journeys. Customers will benefit from payment-reward options across all Fraser Property Singapore malls.
Frasers Property Singapore today announced Makan Master, an exclusive digital F&B concierge service to be launched in 4Q2018. The service will be launched in partnership with DBS Bank, recently named the “World’s Best Digital Bank” for the second time in three years by Euromoney, and will be available to all retail customers and tenants of Frasers Property Singapore via the Frasers Rewards application.
Makan Master is part of Frasers Property Singapore “Go-digital Programme”, set up by the property company to develop digital assets that support customers and tenants on their individual digital journeys. In addition to Makan Master, retail customers and tenants can look forward to more hassle-free, cashless transactions, as well as a wide range of digital solutions set to be rolled out progressively.
Mr Low Chee Wah, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Retail and Commercial Division at Frasers Property Singapore, said, “Digital technology is a powerful enabler of our goal to improve customer experience at our properties. We understand the changing needs of our customers, and services like Makan Master aim to deliver seamless and convenient solutions for them. With the support of partners like DBS Bank, we will be able to drive better customer experiences across our assets.”
Mr Anthony Seow, Head of Cards & Unsecured Loans at DBS Bank said, “We are pleased to partner Frasers Property Singapore in rolling out this customer-centric digital initiative. As Singapore accelerates its drive towards a cashless society, it is essential for businesses to implement ideas and opportunities which will benefit their customers, in this case at Frasers Property, their shoppers and tenants. We look forward to an exciting and fruitful partnership with Frasers Property, with more innovations to come in the future.”
Convenience for both tenants and customers
Tenants can enjoy advantages that include the ability to cater to a broader customer base, increased productivity, as well as potential cost savings. The cashless payment system will also give tenants greater flexibility when running their operations.
Among other useful features, Makan Master can help customers reserve a table at their favourite F&B outlet, pre-order dishes, and pay for meals instantly at the table. Pre-orders for self-collection will also be part of Makan Master’s multiple offerings, giving both customers and F&B operators more flexibility and choice in their dining experience.
With Makan Master, customers may choose from a list of participating tenants, offering dine-in or takeaway options, before proceeding to place their order and make payment with any DBS/POSB Credit/Debit Card and/or DBS PayLah!.

Mr. Philip Pang, CEO of Fei Siong Group, which runs the food outlet Malaysia Chiak said, “Makan Master provides a convenient and flexible dining experience for our customers, without sacrificing our quality of food and service. As a busy F&B outlet, we welcome the pay-at-table feature, which will help us cope better with manpower challenges especially during peak periods. The optimised order management system will also make daily operations for our non-dine in customers easier and customers will be able to make purchases on the go.”
Makan Master is powered by Eunoia, a leading Singapore F&B industry digital enabler.

Mr Andrew Chan, Managing Director of The Soup Spoon shared, “Makan Master will give our customers more value and convenience. Triple dipping and earning Souperholic, Frasers points and DBS rewards will benefit our diners.”
Makan Master is one of the many initiatives on the Frasers Property Singapore digital roadmap, which aims to empower customers as they make day to day purchases from their homes, to their offices and shopping malls, as well as support tenants on their individual digital journeys to further enhance operations.
