The Park at Frasers Tower has been recognised by URA as a good quality public space and will link to Telok Ayer Park directly. Our very own Frasers Tower will be the first commercial building to be nestled in a park of its own, when the 38-storey landmark is completed in the expected period of second quarter 2018. The Park will be an ideal venue for the surrounding community to hold various social events and recreational activities amidst lush greenery and relaxing water features.
The Park at Frasers Tower has been recognised by URA as a quality public space in the city
URA recently announced new standards for privately-owned public spaces, in a bid to create more quality public spaces in private developments. We recognise that there is not only a need for more high quality public spaces in the city, work is no longer confined to the office space as employers are keen to boost interaction across the community. The Park on Level 1 will also feature several public-use amenities, including a café/bistro located within the park,well-designed shelters and ample seating.
Public amenities in The Park at Frasers Towers
The Park will be one of four unique community zones (The Sky, The Oasis, The Terrace and The Park) in Frasers Tower that are designed to inspire creativity and foster collaboration among its tenants. Driven by user-centricity, these zones benefit tenants who want the option of working and socialising outdoors, amidst vibrant flora and foliage, without leaving the office building.
To further promote interactivity across communities and spaces, the office building has been designed with unique shared spaces such as a roof garden, a communal breakout area complete with foosball tables and sleeping pods and even a 3-storey retail podium space featuring a waterfall. These spaces will offer flexibility to tenants who can leverage the commons spaces for networking, events and meetings.
In addition, the BCA Green Mark Platinum office tower will offer panoramic views of the city and is also connected to a retail podium for easy access to a variety of food and beverage options.
Frasers Tower has secured its first tenant, The Executive Centre, a leading serviced office provider. The 235-metre tall development has a total net lettable area of about 663,000 sq ft, with floor plates ranging between 20,000 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft.
