Over the past few months, our local divisions under Frasers Centrepoint Limited have come together to form one Frasers Centrepoint Singapore family. Our senior management gathered earlier this year to discuss what defines us as Frasers Centrepoint Singapore.
To respond to the challenges ahead as one team, we distilled the values that already shape the way we work now, and these values will continue guiding the way we work in the future.
We Create Real Value
As a company, we are here to create real value for our people, customers and partners. There is a dual nature of this word “real”. For one, we create real estate spaces. But the other meaning of the word “real” reflects the authenticity and sincerity in the way we do business.
When we work together and uphold our common principles, we are better able to deliver practical and innovative solutions in residential, retail and commercial developments to our customers and our partners – as one team. So what are these behaviours?

We are Trusted
We want to foster an environment where we engage with open minds, and speak up responsibly and respectfully. Nobody has a monopoly on knowledge, so we must embrace the diversity of our views, empowering each other through encouragement and ownership of the work we do.
