Northpoint City is all geared up for the December festivities and is ready to claim its place as the heartbeat of the north.
The mall’s new South Wing is now welcoming shoppers this festive season as more stores are set to open progressively. From first-in-Singapore stores to a specialty food precinct named The Makan Town, there is an eclectic array of gourmet options and unique brands we cannot wait to delight shoppers with!
Here’s our recommendations of what to try when you swing by the South Wing.
Traditional British fare with a twist
Northpoint City’s new South Wing welcomes fish-and-chips bistro Big Fish Small Fish’s first in-mall store in Singapore. Known to attract crowds to its container restaurant even at far-flung Punggol, its larger store in Northpoint City (Level 2, #02-132/133) will offer the same crispy chips experience to their growing number of chippy lovers in the comfort of air-conditioning at a location accessible conveniently via public transport.
Big Fish Small Fish serves traditional British chips fare such as fish and chips in unique paper cones.
Tham Kok Yun, co-founder of Big Fish Small Fish said, “We are bringing the container experience to the community in the North. The ambience in a mall will differ from the lush greenery that we currently have at Punggol and we are expecting a wider variety of customers. This is our first venture into a mall and we are excited about future expansion plans!”
