Seaside Residences reeled in strong buyer response with 70% of 560 released units sold during the first weekend of its sales launch on 22 and 23 April.

About 60% of buyers are aged between 30 to 50 years old and see the seaside location as a good investment that offers an excellent lifestyle with seaside recreational activities. Among the buyers, about 60% live in the east while another 30% are from the immediate vicinity of District 15.

57 year-old Madam Judy Yeoh and her family viewed several properties but still favoured Seaside Residences after viewing the show suite. She said, “Location is the key draw for us. I live in the East with my son and family currently, and choosing a property in this area allows us to not live far from each other. We appreciate the good sea view offered and I don’t think we’ve got this good a view anywhere else along this stretch. We also factored in the proximity to East Coast Park where the family can work out and enjoy lifestyle facilities there. It is also a plus that the MRT station will be very nearby in the future.”

Gerald Lim, another buyer, said, “I am looking at getting a 2-bedder unit for my retirement. This is a good place, especially the location.”

Staying in the Eastern precinct near Kembangan, another buyer, 65-year-old Mrs Lee, values the proximity to an MRT station and was considering purchasing a third unit at Seaside Residences. “With the congested roads in Singapore, I would prefer to drive less in the future and the nearby MRT will be a convenient and fast way for me to travel around the island. I also really enjoy the exclusive sea view and sunrise from East Coast Park and these are things I look forward to enjoying at Seaside Residences in the future,” she said.

The four-tower development is situated in the coveted residential precinct in East Coast and is a four-minute walk from East Coast Park. Sitting on a rare sea-fronting site, the project offers residents maximum sea views with desirable seaside living. Adding to the convenience is the upcoming Siglap MRT Station, which is just a stone’s throw away.

Following its successful launch, the Seaside Residences show suite will be open from 10am to 7pm daily. Seaside Residences is slated for completion by 2021.
