Tenants from Frasers Centrepoint Singapore’s retail and commercial properties, celebrated an evening of good music, food and cocktails at an exclusive preview of the highly-anticipated Seaside Residences on Thursday, 13 April.
Held at the double-storey show suite, tenants received choice pickings of the residential units, as well as loyalty rebates for those who purchased a unit at the event.

Considering a unit for investment due to its excellent location, is Carlo Passino. “The apartments are well-designed and I like how the balconies look like an extension of the living room. Being near the beach, the MRT and with easy access to the airport and the city, all are positive points that make it an attractive investment opportunity.”
Another potential buyer was Teo Toon Lin who said, “The location is good but the seaside view is the best. Aside from the older developments further up, only a few recent ones offer such choice seaside views and location. The other attraction here is the up-coming MRT which will make it more convenient than before.”
