Our decade-long partnership with IVE Group, Australia's largest diversified marketing company, showcases a journey of shared growth.
What began with a single 6,500 sqm lease has evolved into a strategic relationship encompassing six facilities and over 80,000 sqm of prime industrial space across Victoria.
This expansion has been pivotal to IVE Group’s growth, allowing them to consolidate multiple business units into streamlined precincts. Matt Aitken, Managing Director of IVE Group, has noted that this strategy delivered significant operational efficiencies.
The latest milestone in our partnership is a state-of-the-art 31,579 sqm facility at our Rubix Connect estate. This purpose-built facility enhances IVE Group's third-party logistics capabilities and strengthens their national operations, marking another step forward in our enduring collaboration.

Transforming operations for National Tiles
Our partnership with National Tiles, one of Australia’s largest family-owned tile and flooring retailers, has been centered on enabling their operational transformation. As a market leader with over 40 stores nationwide, their need for sophisticated, large-scale facilities is critical.
To support their significant growth, we delivered over 38,000 sqm of new, built-to-suit space for them at our Vantage Yatala and Canvas West estates. These facilities provided the scale and availability necessary to future-proof their supply chain.
The state-of-the-art facility at Canvas West encompasses a 20,087 sqm warehouse and 714 sqm of office spaces, including a 1,300 sqm customer pick-up and trade centre, enabling direct convenience and closer support for customers
According to Mark Chapman, National Tiles’ Chief Operating Officer, this move created a fundamental step-change for the business, providing a crucial opportunity to transform their operational model for the future.
