Frasers Property recognised as a Forbes World's Top Company for Women 2024

People of Frasers Property

At Frasers Property, our people are our greatest asset. We foster an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive – each employee is empowered to add value and create a space where everyone matters. That's why we're incredibly proud to share that Frasers Property has been recognised by Forbes and Statista on their World's Top Companies for Women List in 2024!

This prestigious distinction places us among a select group of global companies, and even more notably, within a small contingent within the real estate / property industry. It's a testament to our steadfast dedication to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, which we believe are not just important, but essential to creating an inclusive and progressive workplace culture.

What does "World's Top Company for Women" mean?

This ranking reflects the voices of over 100,000 women working in multinational corporations across 37 countries. They evaluated companies on a range of factors, including:

  • Equal opportunities: Does the company offer clear paths for career advancement for all genders?
  • Leadership: Are women well-represented in senior management roles?
  • Workplace culture: Is there a culture of respect and inclusivity, with zero tolerance for discrimination?
  • Work-life balance: Does the company provide flexible working arrangements and support systems for women and families?

Our DEI journey

Inclusion isn't just a checkbox for us; it's woven into the fabric of our company culture. Through targeted training programs, mentorship initiatives, and flexible work policies, we're fostering a space where women can excel at every level. We believe this not only benefits our employees but contributes to a more innovative, successful, and ultimately, a better company.

Our diverse workforce comprises 54% women. Women also represent 39% of senior management positions and hold 10% of Board seats.

This recognition by Forbes is a validation of our efforts and complements our Australian business’ recent recognition by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WEGA) as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality for the sixth year in a row.

We're continually striving to raise the bar, build a truly equitable workplace, and inspire others in the industry to do the same.
