Frasers Property Limited reported a year-on-year increase in attributable profit of S$928 million in FY2022, with a year-on-year 3% increase in S$3,877 million.
Some of FY2022 highlights include launching Premium Estate for our industrial and logistics business, issuing Singapore’s first corporate green retail bond, and garnering multiple accolades as an employer of choice.

The Frasers Property Year in Review 2022 looks back at milestones reached by the Group in Financial Year 2022. These include creating value and resilience across our portfolio, growing and investing responsibly, our decarbonisation journey, along with initiatives and achievements in relation to people and community.
Frasers Property has a well-diversified portfolio across five asset classes in over 20 countries and more than 70 cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with total assets of approximately S$40.2 billion as of 30 September 2022.
In FY22, Frasers Property delivered S$928.3 million in attributable profit, up 11.4% year-on-year. Key drivers of earnings in FY2022 include higher contributions from the Group’s Singapore and Australia residential businesses.
