Frasers Property Australia has promoted Scott Ullman to the role of General Manager – Residential Queensland following previous incumbent Cameron Leggatt’s appointment to the national role of Executive General Manager – Residential, announced last week.

A highly experienced Development Director and part of the Frasers Property team for over 12 years,

Mr Ullman has been instrumental in securing new acquisitions and re-stocking the company’s residential pipeline in Queensland in recent times.

“Cameron’s leadership has ensured our Queensland business is in a strong position on the back of a healthy portfolio and a united team. I’m looking forward to overseeing the management of our current projects and the strategic reinvestment in new opportunities to build a pipeline for the long-term future,” Mr Ullman says.

Frasers Property Australia’s current residential portfolio in Queensland includes:

• Brookhaven, 1,650 residential land lots in Bahrs Scrub, Logan City
• Cova, masterplanned community at Hope Island, Gold Coast
• Hamilton Reach, masterplanned community at Hamilton in urban Brisbane
• Yungaba House, heritage restoration in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane
• Land holdings at Deebing Heights (115 hectares) and Carina (5.4 hectares).

Rod Fehring, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Australia, says with Mr Ullman’s appointment, the Queensland residential business remains in strong hands.

Last week, Frasers Property Australia announced several key management moves. Anthony Boyd, formerly Executive General Manager – Residential, was appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Cameron Leggatt stepped into Mr Boyd’s role as Executive General Manager – Residential, while former Chief Financial Officer Matt Knox took up a permanent group position with Frasers Property Limited.
