Frasers Property Australia has promoted Scott Ullman to the role of General Manager – Residential Queensland following previous incumbent Cameron Leggatt’s appointment to the national role of Executive General Manager – Residential, announced last week.
A highly experienced Development Director and part of the Frasers Property team for over 12 years,
Mr Ullman has been instrumental in securing new acquisitions and re-stocking the company’s residential pipeline in Queensland in recent times.
“Cameron’s leadership has ensured our Queensland business is in a strong position on the back of a healthy portfolio and a united team. I’m looking forward to overseeing the management of our current projects and the strategic reinvestment in new opportunities to build a pipeline for the long-term future,” Mr Ullman says.

Last week, Frasers Property Australia announced several key management moves. Anthony Boyd, formerly Executive General Manager – Residential, was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Cameron Leggatt stepped into Mr Boyd’s role as Executive General Manager – Residential, while former Chief Financial Officer Matt Knox took up a permanent group position with Frasers Property Limited.
