op various service innovations, such as promoting intelligent safety by using face recognition technology for access control, facilitating the control of vehicle access, and tracking traffic and air pollution levels in the area. Furthermore, the company has pushed for sustainable building leadership by supporting the use of clean energy, prioritizing environmentally friendly building development standards.
For the residential business, customer service has been enhanced with the Home+ app. This application streamlines the sales and service process, providing convenience to customers. The pricing of the service will vary depending on the type of service or duration of usage.
