Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“FPT”) today announced the appointment of Mr. Somboon Wasinchutchawal as Acting Chief Executive Officer for its residential business, Frasers Property Home (Thailand), which is one of the three businesses of FPT.

Mr. Somboon Wasinchutchawal currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Frasers Property Thailand. With over three decades of experience in leadership roles at FPT including other real estate companies in the SET, he is trusted to assume the role of Acting CEO to continue driving further growth of FPT’s residential business. Under his leadership, the current experienced management team will support in steering its residential business towards further success. The leadership team comprises of:

• Mr. Pawarun Udomsiri, Senior Executive Vice President, leads various landed housing projects including townhome, twinhouse, single house in Bangkok and up-country sites. His role covers project construction, quality-control, property conveyance and after-sale service.

   

  

   

• Mr. Apichart Hengwanich, Senior Executive Vice President, helms central support for residential marketing strategy, project design and development, cost control, as well as the development of condominium projects including the conveyance and after-sale service.

• Ms. Kattarintr Roongpanarat, First Senior Vice President, oversees residential business purchasing, community management, legal and compliance, and human resource management
