SINGAPORE, 16 JULY 2026

Frasers Property today announced its launch of Every Step Forward, a nationwide community movement that aims to raise at least $200,000 for seniors and persons with disabilities, while bringing together employees, tenants, shoppers and residents across its Singapore properties to make a meaningful difference.

From 17 July to 19 August 2026, participants can walk, run or cycle for a good cause, with every kilometre contributing towards a collective fundraising goal in support of SG Enable and Home Nursing Foundation, through Community Chest Singapore. Registration for Every Step Forward will commence on 16 July 2026 via the event website here.

Frasers Property will match every kilometre clocked with a $2 donation, up to a cap of $100,000. Together with public donations, it hopes to raise another $100,000 or more, to bring the fundraising target to $200,000.

Participation is open to everyone. Distances can be tracked automatically through the Strava app or submitted manually via the campaign platform.

More details on how participants can clock their distance can be found in the Annex.

As Singapore's population ages and the nation continues advancing towards a more inclusive society, there is an increasing need to empower persons with disabilities and support seniors to live well and age with dignity. Through Every Step Forward, Frasers Property aims to rally its communities to support these important causes and contribute towards building a more caring and inclusive Singapore. Funds raised through the campaign will benefit SG Enable and Home Nursing Foundation, via Community Chest Singapore. SG Enable serves as the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore, enabling persons with disabilities to live, learn, work and play in an inclusive society, while Home Nursing Foundation is dedicated to bringing holistic, compassionate care into the homes of patients across Singapore, offering a comprehensive range of services including home nursing, home medical, home therapy, and home personal care to support patients.

Funds raised through Every Step Forward will go towards programmes that enhance the quality of life of seniors and persons with disabilities, providing essential care, social support and greater opportunities for inclusion. Every kilometre and donation contributes directly towards meaningful outcomes for beneficiaries and their families. Every 5km clocked or $10 donated can provide a day of case management or counselling for a person with disabilities, while 25km clocked or $50 donated brings emotional and social support for seniors at risk of social isolation.

“At Frasers Property, we believe in the power of community to drive meaningful change. Every Step Forward is an invitation to all our communities to be part of something larger than themselves. Through this accessible format, we aim to bring people together through a simple yet impactful movement initiative that promotes wellbeing while supporting important causes. Whether it is a walk, cycle or run, every step contributes to a collective effort towards building stronger, healthier and more connected communities,” said Ms Soon Su Lin, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Singapore.

Participants can explore scenic trails such as Punggol Waterway near Waterway Point, or the Southern Ridges which cuts through HortPark near Alexandra Point and Alexandra Technopark while moving for a good cause.

Alexandra Point is located right next to HortPark.

Participants can go the distance throughout the island and connect with nature at their own pace. Reflecting the breadth of Frasers Property's portfolio across Singapore, participants can discover scenic routes located around its retail, commercial and residential properties. From the Punggol Waterway near Waterway Point to the Southern Ridges and HortPark near Alexandra Point and Alexandra Technopark, these trails offer opportunities to connect with nature while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Beyond fundraising, Every Step Forward supports Frasers Property’s priorities in community investment, health and wellbeing, and overall community engagement as part of its broader ESG efforts. Aligned with Singapore’s Enabling Masterplan 2030, this campaign represents Frasers Property’s continuous commitment to fostering a stronger, more inclusive society where individuals of all abilities can thrive.

Going the extra mile

Beyond clocking kilometres, participants can amplify their impact by encouraging friends, family and colleagues to contribute towards the campaign's fundraising target of over $200,000.

Corporate entities and non-participants can show their support by making a direct donation (eligible for 250% tax relief), showcasing their solidarity with people with special needs and their commitment to social inclusion.

Interested individuals and organisations can make a direct donation at bit.ly/EveryStepForwardDonate.

Participants who achieve distance milestones will be rewarded with FRx bonus points, FRx gift cards and digital coins, which can be exchanged for retail rewards from Frasers Property, while stocks last. Those who clock at least 5km can also take part in a lucky draw, with more than 30 prizes to be won including 10 sets of $100 Skechers vouchers and 10 sets of $300 FRx gift cards. More details can be found in the Annex.

Uplifting communities, one step at a time

The Every Step Forward campaign will culminate in the fifth edition of the Frasers Tower Vertical Challenge on 20 August 2026, where Frasers Property will present a donation cheque to Community Chest. At this event, participants will climb 39 storeys upwards for a good cause, and $10 from every participant’s registration fee will go towards SG Enable’s Goh Chok Tong Enable Fund (GCTEF), which promotes social inclusion and opportunities with persons with disabilities, via Community Chest.

The Frasers Tower Vertical Challenge will begin with an Inclusive Challenge, bringing together persons with disabilities from SG Enable, including Team Singapore Paralympian, Mr Tee Wee Leong Steve who will be participating for the first time, as well as returning partners including The Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). The participants will move together in pursuit of a common good, advancing the cause of social inclusion.

The second leg of the Frasers Tower Vertical Challenge will mark the national tower-running championship. Officially recognised as the Singapore leg of the Towerrunning Tour 2026, Frasers Property aims to promote healthy living as a regular part of life and promote the sport of tower-running among Singaporeans and international athletes alike.

All are welcome to join, with a non-competitive challenge open to those who still wish to participate for a good cause. Registration is ongoing and interested parties can sign up here by 31 July 2026.
