Frasers Property announced today that it has attained four WiredScore Platinum certifications for Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark Block A and Block B, the highest number obtained by any single property group in Singapore. WiredScore is the global benchmark in digital capabilities and smart building initiatives for buildings, recognising best-in-class capabilities to facilitate and cater to the needs of modern-day office tenants.
All the aforementioned properties are managed by the Group’s business unit, Frasers Property Singapore. Alexandra Technopark, held by the Group’s real estate investment trust, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT), attained certifications for both of its two main blocks.

To achieve this accreditation, Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark must deliver a robust digital infrastructure that enables tenants to tap into reliable and effective connectivity resources. Each of the properties comes with at least four high-speed internet providers and a landlord-owned fibre backbone, enabling swift deployment of data services and reducing installation time for tenants.

The latest certifications place the aforementioned Frasers Property buildings in an exclusive group of nine assets in Singapore to achieve the Platinum certification by WiredScore to date. Based on the comprehensive assessment, Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark have scored highly in terms of digital connectivity, infrastructure, and readiness as they offer top-notch and resilient digital infrastructure essential for thriving businesses, from small-medium enterprises to multinational corporations.
