Jill leads the strategic marketing,digital and communications team atFrasers Property Singapore, whichdrives experiential marketing, loyaltyand digital initiatives for the retailbusiness unit while advocating thecontinued refinement of customerjourneys. Across the Singaporestrategic business unit, whichcomprises the residential, retail andcommercial divisions, she championscorporate branding, internalcommunications, public affairs, CRMand the ongoing push towards aseamless brand experience. Recentteam accolades include the FrasersTribal Quest which won the Best Retail Event of the Year in SingaporeRetailers Association Awards 2018and Frasers Galactic Passport whichwon the Gold award for EmergingDigital Technology from InternationalCouncil of Shopping Centers GoldAward for Emerging Technology atthe 2017 ICSC Asia Pacific Awardsand a Silver Award from CommunityChest for continued communityinvestment.
Prior to joining Frasers Property,she was part of the developmentmarketing team for a greenfieldretail mall. She also led MarketingCommunications at Singapore’slargest suburban mall where shespearheaded branding, loyalty,service excellence and promotions.
Jill has a Degree in BusinessAdministration from MacquarieUniversity and a Diploma inHospitality Management fromTemasek Polytechnic.
